Working at Collective Church is more than a job. It is an invitation to join a mission and spiritual family. Together, we desire to see the fame and deeds of God renewed and made known throughout the Westside of Los Angeles.
We seek to cultivate a staff culture marked by spiritual growth, personal health, and the pursuit of God’s presence in every area of life. We also desire to provide benefits that support our staff in both life and ministry.

His ultimate desire must be the glory of God. He should understand his pastoral calling as an opportunity to equip the body of Christ for spiritual maturity, faithful ministry, and the multiplication of disciples.
He must resonate deeply with Collective Church’s mission and share our desire to see the Westside of Los Angeles revived through the power of the Holy Spirit, the truth of Scripture, and the ministry of the local church.

About Collective Church
If you are interested in this role, we want you to know more about who we are, what God has been doing among us, and where we believe He is leading our church.
Collective Church is a regionally focused, biblically centered, nondenominational church that launched in 2015 on the Westside of Los Angeles.
We exist to invite people into the relationship God desires to have with them: a relationship marked by faithful love and true knowledge of the One who produces that transformation.
Our desire is to follow Jesus with our whole hearts, relate to one another as a spiritual family, and faithfully steward all He has entrusted to us for the sake of His kingdom and the mission of making disciples.
We’re in this together.
While God has called us to participate in His work, we recognize that our efforts cannot produce what only His Spirit can. Therefore, we make space for His presence, yield to His leading, and depend on His power for everything we do.
We are spiritually hungry and deeply desire to see God move in our church and throughout our city in ways that lead to repentance, spark revival, and bring about spiritual awakening.
In mid-2024, our church entered a significant season of change. Since then, it has been remarkable to see what God has been doing in our hearts and in the lives of our congregation. We are grateful for His faithfulness and eager to steward what He is entrusting to us. Currently, our church is experiencing an exciting and new depth of spiritual hunger that we seek to steward well, and we are desiring a pastor/elder who is just as passionate about seeing a move of God in our time.
As we look toward the future, we recognize our need for additional pastoral leadership. We are asking God to provide a fellow laborer who loves His church, shares our spiritual hunger, and will help us faithfully shepherd our people and participate in His work on the Westside of Los Angeles.
