Lorenzo Smith

Lead Pastor

Lorenzo is passionate about the church reclaiming its biblical identity as a gospel-made family that reaches people, makes disciples, and contends in prayer for revival and a spiritual awakening in Los Angeles.

Originally from Canada, Lorenzo has been ministering in Southern California for over two decades and has been an Angeleno since 2009. He believes his calling to serve Jesus in this city is something that's been in the making his entire life, despite the fact that he didn't come to faith until he was an adult.

Prior to planting Collective Church, Lorenzo gained extensive experience in pastoral and administrative church leadership. He played an instrumental role in planting a church in the late 90’s, managed the affiliation process for a global church network, and also served as an Executive Pastor.

Lorenzo and his wife Isabelle have been married since 2005 and have two daughters.
