What was the worst day you ever had? How did you feel?
Job lost almost everything he had. Talk about worst day ever!! How would you feel if you lost everything you had?
Job trusted God even though some pretty bad things happened to him. Do you know what trust means?
Read Proverbs 3:5-7 together.
Talk about what it means to trust in the Lord.
In the second video by PursueGOD Kids, it talks about how Job asked God why all this was happening to him. God answered him, but not in the way that Job thought he would. God reminded Job that He is in control of EVERYTHING. What are some ways that you can see that God is in control?
List some together as a family.
When we have a bad day or something happens to us, should we stop trusting God or obeying what it says in His word, the Bible?
